Membership Cancellation Policy:

 Customers may cancel their memberships by providing written or spoken notice to the business. Please provide us with a thirty-day notice. This cancellation policy is subject to change without notice. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically for updates.



Class Cancellation Policy:

If a participant needs to cancel their registration for a class, they must notify us at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the class. You will receive your money back or be credited your class back. If canceled outside of this time frame, you will not be issued a refund. If we cancel a class for any reason, we will notify participants as soon as possible and provide a full refund of the class fee. We are not responsible for any other expenses incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation costs. In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the safety of participants or the ability to conduct the class, we may cancel or reschedule the class. Participants will be notified as soon as possible and provided with options for rescheduling or a full refund of the class fee.
