Infrared Hot Yoga

Infrared Hot Yoga vs. Traditional-

What is the difference?

While both styles use heat to enhance your yoga practice, how they create that heat is very different. Traditional hot yoga studios warm the air in the room, much like a conventional heating system. Infrared hot yoga uses infrared panels that heat your body directly—similar to the warmth of the sun—without relying on just the air temperature. This direct warmth can help increase flexibility, support circulation, and promote a deeper sweat.

Why Infrared Heat WORKS.

Infrared heat penetrates the body directly, warming your muscles, joints, and tissues without relying solely on hot air. This encourages healthy blood flow, supports faster recovery, boosts metabolism, and promotes a detoxifying sweat. Many people find that infrared sessions leave them feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to take on the day.

Heat Shock Proteins-

What are they?

Heat shock proteins (HSPs) are special proteins your body produces in response to heat stress—like the kind you experience during infrared hot yoga. Think of them as your body’s internal repair team. When triggered, HSPs help protect cells, repair damage, and improve how your body adapts to physical stress. Activating these proteins can support resilience, recovery, and overall cellular health.

Benefits of Heat Shock Proteins + Infrared Heat:

  • Supports cellular repair and regeneration
  • Enhances muscle recovery after workouts
  • Improves circulation and nutrient delivery
  • Boosts immune system function
  • Promotes metabolic efficiency
  • Helps protect the body from oxidative stress
