200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed for students who want to deepen their personal practice and gain a comprehensive understanding of how yoga supports the body, mind, and nervous system.
This training brings together two integrated approaches under one roof: The Ignite Method and the therapeutic work of Eden Wellness. Together they create a balanced system of education that explores both the strength and resilience built through movement, as well as the restoration and recovery that supports long-term wellness.
Participants will explore intelligent movement, breathwork, biomechanics, nervous system regulation, and therapeutic principles that help people move better and live with less pain. This program is designed to provide both a deep personal experience of yoga and the skills necessary to confidently guide others.
The training will take place over 12 in-person training weekends across one year, allowing students time to integrate the material between sessions while continuing to live and work within their normal schedules.

Training weekends are intentionally spaced throughout the year to allow time for practice, study, and integration between sessions.

Total Tuition: $3,333
Deposit:
A $500 deposit is required by June 1 to reserve your space in the program.
This deposit:
• Secures your spot in the training
• Is applied toward the total cost of tuition
• Is non-refundable

Payment Options:
Option 1 — Pay in Full
Students who pay tuition in full before the start of the program will receive a 10% discount.
Discounted Tuition: $3,000

Option 2 — Payment Plan
If choosing the payment plan, tuition will be divided into two installments.
First Payment:
Half of the remaining balance is due before the first training weekend.
Second Payment:
The remaining balance is due six months into the program.
